ANNEXED PLANETS AND COLONIES

Just to help new players to understand some aspectof the game,i would like to point this fact;
All planets which the name has been changed from their original name are colonized, so you can expect a fleet and planetary defenses.
On the other hand, the planets with still their original ID are either an annexed planet (you cannot change the name of an annexed planet) or a colony with name unchanged.
If it is an annexed planet, this mean there is only ships around that planet and do not necessary mean there is a huge fleet. You need only one scout to annexe a planet. So easy target to steal a planet to his owner.
